new display of search tab in left panel

Change the display of the search tab results in the left panel as per below image.
There will be default 1st tab with text: "See results of your query in separate tabs. The query results summary:" + the list of search results.
@marek.ostaszewski we agreed to remove the eye button, which hides/unhides the results, right? as with new display the eye is not necessary?
