GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Add ability to show data about element overlays values

overlays values chart with use of chart.js

This PR is based on !78 (merged) as it requires overlays data and colors utils. Please check the last commit only if !78 (merged) is not merged yet
