GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

Implement legend bottom drawer with list of images

What has been done:

implementation of legend bottom drawer with list of images
unit tests
legend's redux slice with possibility to include plugin-based legends in the future

Additional info:

I've changed some types in the reaction layer's hooks as there were some weird problems with them. They probably come from breaking changes in openlayers types definitions
