'Add new worker' button Go Back is not working

Button 'Go back (without changes)' at the top of the page is not working.
Actually, I would remove this button, because the 'Cancel' button is at the bottom of the site. Also 'Go Back' button is so long, and I find it hard to see because of gray color too - it might be clicked accidentally by user.
